1. DELIVERY ZONES

The following zip codes are serviced by Kosher On the Go, and within the guidelines listed below. If you are outside of these zip codes, please call 973-438-4949 for delivery options.

DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries will be made within our delivery zones during the following hours: Monday-Thursday from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM and on Fridays from 8:00 AM till 2 hours before the Sabbath. (Excluding Jewish and National Holidays.) Orders placed for delivery outside of our normal operating hours, or on Holidays require phone confirmation.

All orders must be placed AT LEAST 2 hours prior to its delivery time.

Orders placed for delivery with less than 2 hours notice will not be accepted by Kosher On the Go, and will require a phone call to 973-438-4949. All efforts will be made to accommodate any requests.

ON TIME DELIVERY POLICY

Every effort will be made to deliver orders at the exact time requested, however; a 30-minute window on either side is considered reasonable.

MINIMUM ORDERS

Our minimum order for delivery within our zones is $15.00
Within the IDT building located at 520 Broad Street, Newark, NJ, the minimum is $5.00
Orders to Staten Island require a minimum of $40.00

DELIVERY FEES

The delivery fee within all zones serviced by Kosher On the Go is $4.95.
Within the IDT building located at 520 broad St. in Newark, NJ, the delivery fee will be waived.
Orders over $50.00 will be delivered in our zones with no delivery charge.
All orders to Staten Island, NY, will have a delivery fee of $15.00.

Important! Please inspect arrived package and products as soon as they arrive to your door! If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact our Customer Service Department. Any delay in contacting our Customer Service Department makes it more difficult to correct your concerns as soon as possible. Please keep ALL packaging and items EXACTLY AS THEY ARRIVED.

By using this site the Buyer of the products featured on this site agrees to the Deliveries and Returns policies featured on this page of the site.

To be eligible for returns, the Buyer must notify Kosher On the Go Customer Service Department by calling our office within 24 hrs upon receipt of any product, which is defective or does not conform the terms of the order. After such time the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the product and Seller shall have no obligation to accept return/credit. Buyer shall immediately inspect the product upon its delivery and promptly notify Kosher On the Go, if any product is defective or does not conform with the terms of the order. If Buyer does not notify Kosher On the Go within 24 hours of receipt of the product that any portion is defective or does not conform with the terms of this order, buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the product and Kosher On the Go shall have no obligation to accept a return of the product. Upon notification from Buyer that some or all of the product is defective or does not conform with the terms of this order, Kosher On the Go shall have the option, in its sole discretion, of replacing such product or providing Buyer with a credit for such product.

All delivery dates and times are approximate. Kosher On the Go shall not be liable for any damage as a result of any delay or failure to deliver for any reason including, but not limited to, problems with suppliers, any act of God, act of Buyer, embargo or other governmental act, regulation or request, fire, flood, accident, sabotage, strike, slowdown or other labor difficulties, war, riot, delay in transportation, or defaults of common carriers.

For any breach of this agreement by Kosher On the Go, Kosher On the Go shall not be subject to and disclaims any liability for consequential, incidental and contingent damages whatsoever. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Kosher On the Go specifically disclaims any liability for penalties (including administrative penalties), special or punitive damages for lost profits or business, revenues or goodwill or for any other damage for economic loss.

This agreement and the terms and conditions hereof shall constitute the entire agreement between Kosher On the Go and Buyer. No term or provision of this agreement may be amended, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by all parties, except as otherwise expressly provided herein.

This agreement and all rights hereunder shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey (without regard to any rules or principles of conflicts of laws that might look to any jurisdiction outside of the State of New Jersey). The parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of any Federal or State court located in Essex County, New Jersey, and each party irrevocably agrees that any action may be heard and determined in such Federal or State court. The parties further irrevocably waive to the fullest extent that each may effectively do so, the defense of an inconvenient forum to the maintenance of any action in Essex County, New Jersey.
